Who We Are

Resourceful Women™ is a female-owned and operated careers and recruitment consultancy and focused network that helps women obtain, grow and lead careers in mining, resources and other blue‑collar industries. Our community consists of more than 40,000 women across Australia and New Zealand who are actively working or seeking roles in the sector.


Founded by Dani Tamati (Director, THE resources HUB™ & Resourceful Women™, former President of the WA Mining Club and long‑time CoRE Learning Foundation board member) and co‑led by Sienna Tamati, we combine industry knowledge, trusted connections and practical, hands‑on support to accelerate career progression.
