Dani Tamati
Dani is the Founder and Director of THE resources HUB™ & Resourceful Women™, a past President of the WA Mining Club and a long-time board member of the CoRE Learning Foundation. Dani builds employer partnerships, designs programs and champions increased opportunity for women across the sector.
Sienna Tamati
Sienna is Co-Founder and Community Lead, focusing on memberships, community guidance and the planning and delivery of events. She supports members with practical career guidance, mentoring and access to employer networks, while building a strong and engaged community where women can connect, grow and feel supported. Sienna is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities and experiences that help women enter, transition and thrive in the industry.
Our Purpose
Resourceful Women is a community-driven initiative dedicated to empowering and supporting women in the mining and resources sector. We create opportunities, build confidence and provide the tools women need to thrive — whether they’re starting out, returning to work or looking to grow their careers in traditionally male-dominated industries.
