Dani Tamati
Dani is the Founder and Director of THE resources HUB™ & Resourceful Women™, a past President of the WA Mining Club and a long-time board member of the CoRE Learning Foundation. Dani builds employer partnerships, designs programs and champions increased opportunity for women across the sector.
Sienna Tamati
Sienna is Co-Founder and Community Lead. She manages member programs, mentoring and events so women get practical support, career guidance and access to employer networks.
Our Purpose
Resourceful Women is a community-driven initiative dedicated to empowering and supporting women in the mining and resources sector. We create opportunities, build confidence and provide the tools women need to thrive — whether they’re starting out, returning to work or looking to grow their careers in traditionally male-dominated industries.
