Dani Tamati | Founder & Director
Dani is the Founder and Director of THE resources HUB™ and Resourceful Women™, a past President of the WA Mining Club and a long-standing board member of the CoRE Learning Foundation. With extensive industry experience and established employer relationships, Dani leads partnerships and initiatives that connect businesses with talent and create greater opportunities for women across male-dominated industries.
Sienna Tamati | Co-Founder & Community Lead
Sienna leads Resourceful Women's community, memberships, events and engagement, creating opportunities for women and employers to connect. Through practical career support, industry networking and community initiatives, she helps women explore pathways, progress their careers and build meaningful industry relationships while strengthening connections between motivated women and supportive employers.
Our Purpose
Resourceful Women connects motivated women with employers committed to creating meaningful opportunities and supportive workplaces across mining, resources and other male-dominated industries.
Whether women are entering the workforce, progressing their careers, transitioning into a new industry or returning to work, we help them discover opportunities, build connections and take their next steps.
At the same time, we work alongside employers to connect with talent, strengthen women's participation and create workplaces where women can thrive.
How We Work
We work collaboratively with employers, training providers and industry partners to turn opportunities into action.
Through industry partnerships, events, mentoring, training pathways and practical workforce initiatives, we help women connect with opportunities while supporting employers to attract, develop and retain women across their workforce.
