We work with mining companies, contractors, service providers, manufacturers, RTO's and recruitment partners to create clear job pathways, sponsor apprenticeships and upskilling programs, and provide on‑site support for women across trades, technical and leadership roles.

  • Invitations to every event for the duration of the partnership (6–12 months depending on tier)
  • A booth at our annual seminar to showcase your company (for Silver to Platinum partners).
  • One annual Lead Her membership for a female leader in your team to attend our Lead Her Lounges, gaining fresh insights into how to better retain and support women in the workplace from other female leaders.
  • One content day every 6 months where we create and share content about your company to highlight your brand, people, and opportunities. Posted on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Facebook Groups.
  • Contract servicing and audit reviews, informed by feedback gathered directly from women, so you gain valuable insights into what might be holding female talent back.
