Career Journey Snapshot:
I began my career in the mining and tyre industry as a Junior Operations Administrator, building a strong foundation across mining operations. Taking on new challenges led me to Tyre Response Group (TRG), where working within a growing business has allowed me to broaden my experience across operations, workforce management, recruitment, training, compliance and business administration.

I’ve developed strong leadership and management skills, taken on greater responsibility and gained a deeper understanding of what it takes to support and grow a business.

My career also led me to co-found Women in the Tyre Industry (WITTI), a community created to support, develop and empower women across the tyre industry. Through WITTI, I’ve helped build a network that creates opportunities for women to connect, share experiences, develop industry relationships and support one another in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Proudest Professional Achievement:
Co-founding WITTI is my proudest professional achievement. What started as a simple conversation has grown into a community that connects and supports women across the tyre industry. Seeing the relationships, opportunities and sense of community it has created makes me incredibly proud of what we’re building.

Key Skills & Strengths:
Operations Management, Workforce Coordination, Mobilisation, Training & Compliance, Recruitment, Stakeholder Management, Leadership, Relationship Building, Event Coordination & Industry Engagement
